Mock Jury Consultation & Facillitation

Mock jury studies have become a necessary and highly instructive element in trial preparation and case analysis.  We utilize this tool to help focus the trial team on not only our side of the case, but also on that of the other side. We also use these studies to test the various themes, theories and graphics, as well as how jury instructions and verdict forms impact a case in a real life, demographically correct setting. We assist in the design of the mock and can serve as the moderator/facilitator. Our goal is to see if and how the actual presentation of the case should be modified as well as how jury selection, further investigation and discovery are impacted.
